Buffalo Bills wide receiver Joshua Palmer suffered an ankle injury against the Atlanta Falcons on Monday Night Football.
On first-and-10 with 14:06 remaining in the second quarter, Palmer made a 15-yard reception from quarterback Josh Allen.
He was dragged down awkwardly by cornerback Dee Alford and in pain after the play. Palmer hobbled off the field and went into the blude medical tent.
Palmer was leading the Bills with two receptions for 60 yard when he was injured. He made a 45-yard catch on the Bills’ first play from scrimmage.
Palmer was initially ruled as questionable to return but was downgraded to out at halftime.
