Co-owners of The Kitchen Counter, a sandwich and sub shop in Endicott, announced they are opening Di Cotta’s at 100 Oak Hill Ave. The former Antonio’s restaurant at the location closed in February 2024.

“Nothing brings us more joy than being able to serve good food to the people in our community,” the post read. “We are honored and excited to open Di Cotta’s and have a chance to put our culinary touch on Endicott’s North Side.”

The Di Cotta’s Facebook page describes the new business as a “contemporary Italian restaurant and cocktail bar,” with a focus on quality food, beverages and service.

An opening date has not yet been announced, but the owners said in a post on Di Cotta’s Facebook page they were targeting fall 2025.
