Road construction to watch
The New York State Fair draws big crowds — over 860,000 people attended last year — and with that comes traffic and parking concerns. Here’s how to plan ahead for a smoother experience.
Interstate 690 and Route 695 near the fairgrounds have ongoing construction, but at least two lanes will remain open during the fair, according to the NYS Department of Transportation. Short-term closures won’t occur during fair hours.
