Just over 31,100 Monroe County voters turned out to the polls during a nine-day early voting period for the 2025 election.
That’s a slight increase from the last off-year election, when 23,388 voters took advantage of early voting opportunities in 2023. Voter turnout generally dips when there is not a presidential or midterm election ― but most people vote on Election Day.
Monroe County has just over 529,000 registered voters total.
This year’s election features a slate of town supervisors and board races, two county legislature seats and two state Supreme Court judgeships.
Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 4. To find your polling place and review a sample ballot for your town, visit www.monroecounty.gov/elections-voter.
