New York State Police said one person was killed in a single-vehicle crash July 26 in Allegany County
The crash occurred around 10:55 p.m. Saturday on county Route 15 in the Town of Granger, according to Amity-based state police.
Troopers identified the vehicle’s driver as Robin L. Beardsley, 68, of Fillmore, N.Y.
Beardsley was pronounced dead at the scene by Allegany County Coroner Maynard “Bud” Baker.
Baker said Beardsley was the only occupant of the vehicle.
State police said the crash remains under investigation. No other information was released by law enforcement officials.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home in Fillmore.
A memorial gathering for Beardsley will be held Aug. 1 at 1 p.m. in the Short Tract Fire Hall, 10355 county Route 15, Short Tract.
