NAPLES, NY — Bristol Valley Theater opens its summer season with a production of “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.”
Joan Luther, the theater’s interim artistic director, said in addition to this family-friendly musical, theatergoers can also enjoy suspenseful drama, classical theater and a new work during the season, which runs through August.
“Enjoy an afternoon or evening performance in our air-conditioned theater, bid on art items in our silent auction, and enjoy the best live theater in the Finger Lakes,” Luther said.

The musical “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown opens July 10 and runs through July 19.
Next up is “Scotland Road,” a mystery and psychological thriller surrounding the Titanic, that runs from July 24 to Aug. 2.
“The Cayuga Canal Girls” reunites five childhood friends in their hometown of Seneca Falls. The showruns Aug. 7-16.
The season closes with “The Rainmaker.”This comedy, which is set in the drought-stricken West during the Depression, runs Aug. 21-30.

In-person box office hours at the Bristol Valley Theater, 151 S. Main St., Naples, are 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
The box office is also open one hour before showtime.
