Buffalo Bills head coach Joe Brady has been impressed with one of his team’s rookies early on this offseason and it might not be who you think.
Kaleb Elarms-Orr was selected by Buffalo in the fourth-round of the 2026 NFL Draft. The TCU product believes he has what it takes to secure a spot on the field when the Bills begin their upcoming season against the Houston Texans in Week 1.
“I want to be a starter Week 1,” Elarms-Orr said at OTAs. “I want to earn it. I want to be a guy who comes in and earns everyone’s respect.”
In terms of making that good first impression, Elarms-Orr might already have his head coach on his side.
“It’s not too big for him, he doesn’t blink,” Elarms-Orr said.
That could mean bad news for linebacker Dorian Williams. That’s likely the insider linebacker position Elarms-Orr would aim for next to Terrel Bernard.
