Bills' Dalton Kincaid gives positive injury update at spring practice

Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid has shed an optimistic feeling on his upcoming 2026 NFL season.

Kincaid is hoping that turns out to be the case after injury issues in recent years. Kincaid has dealt with knee and hamstring problems over parts of the last two years. Kincaid had just four starts in 2025.

Despite that, Kincaid said he believes he is in the right shape and health now.

“I’d say it’s probably the best I’ve felt in my career at this point in the year,” Kincaid said at OTAs. “Just not having those thoughts of the knee, especially last year.”

While hampered last season, Kincaid still flashed with a career-high five touchdown catches. He would still like to add to his overall numbers moving forward.

In terms of an outside perspective, Buffalo head coach Joe Brady did admit that Kincaid looks “bigger” and in good shape at this point of the early offseason.
