Troopers said two individuals, a 57-year-old and a 56-year-old, were intentionally struck by Golden’s 2011 Cadillac SUV on a farm equipment access path adjacent to the trailer park at around 6 p.m.

According to police, the 56-year-old suffered serious life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. The victim is listed in critical condition in the facility’s intensive care unit.

The 57-year-old sustained serious non-life-threatening injuries. He was treated at St. James Hospital in Hornell and has since been released, state police said.

According to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, Golden was booked into the county jail early Monday morning and is being held on $2,000 cash or $4,000 property bond.

Golden is scheduled to appear in Hornellsville Town Court at 4 p.m. April 2.
