The Buffalo Bills started the third and final day of the 2026 NFL Draft the same way the team conducted business in the first two rounds: With a trade.
The Bills started Day 3 holding the top selection in the fourth round. Buffalo general manager Brandon Beane decided to add a seventh-round pick at the 2027 NFL Draft in a deal with the Las Vegas Raiders to move back one spot, from No. 101 to 102.
Using that selection, the Bills took Boston College offensive lineman Jude Bowry:
On paper, Bowry reads as a potential replacement for Ryan Van Demark in Buffalo’s lineup. The Bills are in need of a swing tackle that can provide cover on both sides of the offensive line and Bowry brings that talent.
Bowry was a two-year starter at Boston College. He mostly played at left tackle but played close to 100 at right tackle as well. Bowry allowed just two sacks over 31 games and was flagged for only eight penalties. For his efforts in 2025, Pro Football Focus graded Bowry a 66.8 overall mark.
Bills Wire will continue to provide updates throughout the 2026 drat.
