With the 2025 state season champions crowned over the last weekend, end-of-season honors rolled out this week, with a number of Woodward-Granger baseball and softball players appearing on the West Central Activities all-conference team (selected based on performance within league games).

Shaefer Hanson, SR (1st team – Utility)
Landon Chambers, SR (Honorable Mention)
Softball
Andrea Nardini, JR (1st team – Utility)
Olivia Lantz, SO (2nd team – Pitcher)
Jaidyn Achenbach, JR (2nd team – Outfield)
Lauren Rodgers, SR (Honorable Mention)
Mallory Polito, SO (Honorable Mention)
After a strong golf season, Polito continued to impress over the summer, particularly with her patience at the plate. Drawing a walk on 10 percent of her plate appearances, she also struck out just five percent of the time (half as much as any other Hawk).
