Where Ya Bin opened its first store in Iowa on May 2, and the new store is offering deals as big as 90% off of retail prices on anything from toys to purses to diapers.
Every week, Where Ya Been has new items, and every day there will be new deals to discover. This discount store chain has eight other locations across the country.
Where does Where Ya Bin get its products?
Each week, Where Ya Bin brings in truckloads of returned or overstocked items from major retailers. This allows shoppers to save anywhere from 30% to 90% of regular retail prices.
How do you shop at Where Ya Bin?
Shopping at Where Ya Bin is like a treasure hunt. Items include appliances, electronics, health and beauty, baby items, shoes, clothes and more.
As the week goes on, items get cheaper, with prices starting at $10 on Friday and dropping to as low as 25 cents by Thursday. Items are then restocked on Fridays with the process starting over.
All sales are final, but there are testing stations to determine the quality of a product before purchasing. No membership is needed to shop at Where Ya Bin.
Where is Where Ya Bin?
Iowa’s first Where Ya Bin is located in Clive at 8747 University Ave. in a former Toys “R” Us location.
It is open every day of the week at 9 a.m. and closes at 8 p.m. except on Thursdays when it closes at 4 p.m. and Sundays when it closes at 7 p.m., according to its Facebook.
Where Ya Bin only accepts cards as a form of payment and there is a limit of one shopping cart per customer.
Are there other bin discount stores in the Des Moines Metro?
While this is the first Where Ya Bin in Iowa, there is another bin store in the Des Moines metro. The Looney Bin Store is located in the same shopping center in Clive.
Similar to Where Ya Bin, The Looney Bin store is open Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday with prices decreasing from $9 to $1 by the end of the week. Restocking takes place Wednesday through Friday.
