Recent Iowa basketball commit sees recruiting rankings spike

After committing to Iowa basketball last weekend, Keller Daugherty’s stock continues to rise.

The 6-foot-10 forward from Lee’s Summit High School is now a four-star prospect in the 2027 class, per 247Sports. 247Sports ranks Daugherty as the nation’s 109th player overall, as the No. 17 power forward and as the No. 5 player in Missouri.

In addition to Lee’s Summit High School, Daugherty is also a member of VWBA Elite on the AAU circuit.

Prior to his Iowa commitment, Daugherty picked up an offer from Oklahoma. The Missouri product also received offers from Drake, Iona and Colorado State.

A number of other key Iowa targets in the 2027 class saw their recruiting rankings from 247Sports rise as well:

Daughtry is set for an Iowa visit on Sept. 12, Davis will visit on Sept. 19 and Jamison just completed a June visit.
