Indiana Fever rule four players out of preseason contest vs. Wings

Indiana continues its three-game 2026 WNBA preseason slate on Thursday. The Fever are gearing up for its home opener against the Dallas Wings from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. As Indiana readies, the Fever released its injury report for the matchup.

Star point guard Caitlin Clark was a fixture on those injury reports last season, but Clark is fully healthy and a go in the Fever’s second preseason tilt today.

On Wednesday’s injury update, the Fever did rule out four other players against the Wings: Aliyah Boston (lower leg), Ty Harris (knee), Lexie Hull (hamstring) and Justine Pissott (lower leg).

Clark was not listed on the initial injury report, meaning the former Hawkeye star will appear in her first home game since July 13, 2025, when she ironically played the Wings. Clark scored seven points and had four assists, three rebounds and one block in the Fever’s 109-91 preseason-opening victory over the New York Liberty last Saturday.

Clark and the rest of the Fever squad will tip off against the Dallas Wings from Gainbridge Fieldhouse at 6 p.m. CT. The game will be televised on ION.
