Following a 1–2 record on their West Coast road trip that culminated in a solid 94-86 team win Tuesday night at the Seattle Storm, Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever (7-7) return home Thursday night for a matchup against the Los Angeles Sparks (4-11).
Unfortunately, Tuesday’s win over the Storm saw Caitlin Clark’s offensive production continue to falter as the star guard scored a season-low six points on 3-for-13 shooting from the floor and 0-for-6 from 3-point territory.
While Clark still finished with nine assists, her eight turnovers were also a concern. In the past three games, the former Hawkeye has now shot 13-for-47 from the floor and 1-for-23 from beyond the arc.

As the Fever return home to face a woeful Sparks team that suffered a 97-86 defeat to the Chicago Sky on Tuesday for their fourth consecutive loss, Indiana hopes that Clark can rekindle her shooting confidence in front of a passionate Gainbridge Fieldhouse crowd.
As for Los Angeles, seven-year veteran guard Kelsey Plum leads the team in scoring in her first season with the franchise after being acquired by the Sparks from the Las Vegas Aces during a blockbuster trade this past offseason.
Plum averages 20.4 points per contest on 38.1% shooting from the field, 33.7% from 3-point territory, and 90.4% free-throw accuracy through 14 games played.
