Des Moines police are asking for help finding a missing endangered person who has dementia.
Jose Ochoa Sr., 56, was reported missing to DMPD on Nov. 17. He was last seen near the intersection of Sixth Avenue and Clark Street.
He typically has contact with family or friends every few days, but has not been seen since Nov. 6, according to a news release from the Des Moines Police Department.
Because of Ochoa’s dementia diagnosis, police say he may be confused or appear lost.
Police ask anyone who has seen Ochoa to call 911.
