With the Indiana Pacers preparing to potentially go up 3-1 against the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA Finals tonight from Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark will again be in attendance, similar to her appearance in Game 3 on Wednesday.
While every team has its celebrity row, the Pacers are a perfect 8-0 with the former Hawkeyes legend in attendance during Indiana’s run to the NBA Finals.
Knowing her “good-luck charm” presence, Clark mentioned that she hopes the Pacers can close out the Thunder in five games, as she cannot attend the if necessary Game 6 on June 19.
The reason for her absence along the Pacers’ courtside seats happens to be the Fever’s game against the Golden State Valkyries the same night from Chase Center in San Francisco, Calif.
If the presence of Clark can spur on another Pacers victory in tonight’s Game 4, Indiana will have an opportunity on Monday at Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to secure its first-ever Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy in the franchise’s first trip to the NBA Finals.
