Internet star Trisha Paytas is at the center of it all, once again. Fans online can’t get enough of her baby names, and the conspiracy theories they’re a part of.
Here’s how a long-running meme takes part in another major moment in history.
Who is Trisha Paytas?
Trisha Paytas is a YouTuber and podcaster whose content dates back all the way to 2007. You may also recognize her from “America’s Got Talent,” in 2012, when she was the Guinness World Records holder for fastest talker.
Now, she’s being linked to another famous person’s death, and possible reincarnation.
What is the Trisha Paytas reincarnation theory?
The internet couldn’t help but notice that Paytas’ daughter, Malibu Barbie Paytas-Hacmon, was born just days after the death of Queen Elizabeth II in 2022, sparking memes that suggested her daughter was actually a reincarnation of the long-reigning British monarch.
Then, in November 2023, Paytas announced her second pregnancy. The theories kicked in once again and users joked online: Will another monarch take baby number two’s place?
Months later, King Charles III, Queen Elizabeth’s son, announced his cancer diagnosis. Fans speculated, offering morbid suggestions that the king would succumb to his illness. But, the timing for Elvis Paytas-Hacmon wasn’t as serendipitous. King Charles III lives on, and no celebrity actually died.
The reincarnation meme also reemerged following Pope Francis’ death in April 2025, after Paytas had announced she was pregnant with her third child. Paytas even addressed in her podcast, “Just Trish,” the “unhinged online theories” that her baby could be Francis reincarnated, US Weekly reported.
Timing didn’t exactly make sense, but the internet didn’t care. So, as the due date of her third child approached, fans were hungry for the theory to continue.
Did Ozzy Osbourne inspire Trisha Paytas’ third baby’s name?
This brings us to July 22, when The Prince of Darkness, who bestowed Des Moines, Iowa, with one of the most memorable concerts in music history, died at age 76.
Ozzy Osbourne’s family announced his death just hours after Trisha Paytas announced the birth of her third child: Aquaman Moses Paytas-Hacmon. And when fans found out Aquaman was actually born July 12, they still didn’t care.
And that’s not all. Just weeks before his death, Osbourne performed what would be his final concert in his hometown of Birmingham, England. The show was hosted by Iowa native and actor Jason Momoa.
Momoa’s best-known role? Aquaman.
