What festivals and events are happening in the South Bend area from June 23 to 29?

All summer, South Bend and surrounding communities will offer a variety of events, including festivals, concerts and theater productions, certain to pique your interest.

Gather your family or friends, get in the car and attend one, or all, of these exciting festivals scheduled for the week of June 23 to June 29, 2025.

STURGIS FEST — “Traveling Through Time” is the theme of this year’s Sturgis Fest 2025 from June 24-28 held in Sturgis. Tuesday is the Kickoff Dinner; Wednesday is Family Night from 4 to 8 p.m.; Thursday is Bike Night from 5 to 10 p.m.; Friday is Cruise & Parade; and Saturday is All Sports Day with fireworks as dusk. ARTS IN BLOOM GARDEN WALK — The Art League invites you to experience “A Brush with Nature” on this self-guided tour of home gardens in Granger from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. June 25. Local artists will be creating live artwork inspired by the beauty of the gardens on the tour route. Attendees receive a Garden Walk guide upon check-in at the Hospitality Center located at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 17195 Cleveland Road, South Bend. ELKHART ART WALK WEDNESDAY — Hands-on arts activities, live music, food and fun from 5 to 8 p.m. June 25 in downtown Elkhart. Visit elkhartartwalk.com for more information.

CLASSIC CAR CRUISE-INS — From 4:30 to 8 p.m. every Thursday through the end of September, head out to Essenhaus, 240 U.S. 20, Middlebury, and check out a variety of classic cars, trucks and more. For more information and special events that evening, go to essenhaus.com/cruise-in.

BIDDLE POINT FIREFLY FESTIVAL — Enjoy an evening of artisan vendors, food trucks, drinks, live entertainment and more at Biddle Point Inn & Event Venue, 7290 Michigan Road, Plymouth, from 5 to 9 p.m. June 27. Pre-purchase tickets at biddlepoint.com for just $4 and receive a $1 off drink voucher. Pay at the door is $5 with no drink voucher. Children 10 and younger are free.

OUTDOOR MOVIE IN THE PARK — Pringle Park in Goshen will host a fun “family night out” of watching the movie “IF” at 7 p.m. June 27. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and watch this free, child-friendly movie on the monster-size screen. A concession stand will be available to purchase dinner or snacks. Pringle Park is located at 1912 W. Lincoln Ave., Goshen. Hosted by Goshen Parks and Recreation.

MIDDLEBURY SUMMER FESTIVAL — June 27 and 28 will be the 56th annual Middlebury Summer Festival featuring live bluegrass and gospel music, festival food, artisan crafts, a parade, children’s activities, and more. Activities take place at Memorial Park, 105 N. Main St., and East Park, 108 N. Main St., Middlebury.

LAVENDER FESTIVAL — Held at the height of when lavender varieties are in bloom. The festival boasts u-pick bundles, artisan vendors, food, classes, frozen lavender lemonade and lavender ice cream. The festival is held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT June 28 at Lakeside Lavender and Herbs, 273 W. Johnson Road, LaPorte.

SOUTH BEND FARMERS MARKET JULY 4 EVENT — From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on June 28 head to the Farmers Market, 1105 Northside Blvd., South Bend, and celebrate with a July 4 Cookout featuring burgers, hot dogs, corn on the cob. Cost: varies.

SUMMER ARTISAN MARKET — Grab some friends and attend the first annual Summer Artisan Market at Filkins Vineyards, 6991 Ryno Road, Coloma, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 28. Shop at an array of booths, sip on crafted wines and grab a bit to eat from the La Chula Food Truck.

AROUND THE WORLD MARKET — From 2 to 8 p.m. June 28 at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds, 17746 County Road 34, Goshen. Support local small business vendors, family and pet friendly, face painting, live music and performances, and more.

BENEFIT CAR SHOW — Berrien County Firefighters Association and the Sheriff’s Department will host a Benefit Car Show from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 28 at Maiden Lane Park, 1051 Maiden Lane, St. Joseph. Car entry fee is $10 per vehicle at the gate. Free admission to the public, donations appreciated. Proceeds benefit both the sheriff’s department and the firefighters association.

BRAVE SUMMER ARTISAN MARKET — Find handmade and handpicked items at the 3rd annual Brave Summer Artisan Market from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 28 in River Park Square, 112 Water St., Plymouth. This market features artisans, crafters, boutiques, food trucks and more.

2025 BUCHANAN PRIDE – Celebrating Our Diversity! — Back for its third year, Buchanan Pride will be held from 1 to 8 p.m. June 29 throughout the city of Buchanan. There will be a vendor market, Samba performance and lessons, DJ Chuck Fry, live performance from Ultrafab band, author’s talk with Kim Oclon, crafting hour, and lots more. LIGHTHOUSE TOUR — Explore the North Pier’s inner and outer lights on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. June 7 to Aug. 30, weather permitting. Go inside the North Pier Inner Light first floor for free or buy a ticket for $5 to climb to the top. The first floor offers exhibits on the rich nautical history of St. Joseph/Benton Harbor. Climbing to the top will give you a spectacular panoramic view of Lake Michigan. The pier is located at 80 Ridgeway St., St. Joseph. Tickets can be purchased in person with cash only at the lighthouse. Or purchase with cash or credit at the St. Joseph Today Welcome Center, 301 State St.

STARKE COUNTY 4-H FAIR — June 21-28 at the Starke County 4-H Fairgrounds, 400 Division St., Hamlet. Featuring fun, exhibits and lots of animals. Baja Amusements Carnival & Rides will be at the entertainment field from 5 to 10 p.m. CT June 24-28.

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY 4-H FAIR — June 27–July 5 at St. Joseph County Fairgrounds, 5117 Ironwood Road, South Bend; 4hfair.com. Have some fun with daily contests, live entertainment, carnival rides, 4-H exhibits, animals, and more. Starting at 10 a.m. and ending at 10 p.m.
