The South Bend area summer concert events are here, don’t miss out on hearing and seeing your favorite artist this week. Some concerts are free unless otherwise stated.

 ELKHART

June 24: Elkhart Parks and Recreation and The Lerner Theatre offer the concert series Art Walk After Hours on the Central Green in Downtown Elkhart. This month from 7:30 to 9 p.m., listen and dance to Common Ground, Chicago’s ultimate party rock band with hits from the ❜80s, ❜90s, 2000s and today. Bring lawn chairs or blankets to this free concert. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from local vendors.

June 25: Wellfield Botanic Gardens brings BLAMMO to Groovin’ in the Gardens at 7 p.m., gates open at 6 p.m. Food and drink vendors on site. Bring a lawn chair or blanket. Tickets are $20-$10; 2 and younger, free with paid adult. Purchase tickets in advance at wellfieldgardens.org/groovin-in-the-gardens or at the event. The Gardens are at 1011 N. Main St.

June 26: The Elkhart Public Library, 300 S. Second St., offers it Curbside Concert with High Gravity from 7 to 9:30 p.m.  Concerts are free and food and beverages are available for purchase. Bring a lawn chair or blanket.

June 27: Coffee on the Piazza presents Marta Koonce from 10 a.m. to noon. Complimentary coffee. Bring a lawn chair or blanket, no coolers or outside food/beverages. Ruthmere, 302 E. Beardsley Ave.; ruthmere.org.

June 24: Debutants perform their high energy bluegrass music from 7 to 9 p.m. on the lawn stage at Goshen Brewing Company, 315 W. Washington St.; goshenbrewing.com. Essence and Gold Country, an Americana/country duo kick things off at 6:30 p.m.

June 26: Join The Erly for a Float Fest pre-show at Goshen Brewing Company, 315 W. Washington St., Goshen.

June 27: A perpetually changing journey of music that revolves around the water at Float Fest Goshen 2026. Canoe, kayak or walk to the top of the Millrace Canal and then float back down from stage to stage and end with a concert by Kansas Bible Company.  June 24: The LaPorte City Band will perform at 7 p.m. CT at the Dennis F. Smith Amphitheater in Fox Park, Truesdale Avenue. “More June Masterworks” is this week’s theme with “Cha Cha for Band,” “Children’s March,” “The Queen of Soul” and more. June 25-28: Don’t miss this year’s Red Wine & Brew Local Heroes Benefit at The Summit, 2110 N. 500 West (off Johnson Road). In addition to great music there will be a Patriot Parachute Team demonstration, drone show by Sky Elements, speed paintings by Revel and auctions. Headliners are Thursday – Lee Greenwood; Friday – The Band Perry; Saturday – Martina McBride; Sunday – Crowder. Tickets: $185-$25; ages 12 and younger, free. June 23-26: Fischoff National Chamber Music Association presents a concert series of free performances as part of the 2026 Fischoff Chamber Music Summer Intensive. The Student Showcase Concert will be at 4 p.m. June 23. The Faculty Concert will be at 7 p.m. June 24. On June 26 at 3 p.m. the Final Chamber Music Concert and Reception will be held. The first and final concerts showcase students ages 10 to 17 from five counties in Indiana and Michigan, including St. Joseph, Elkhart, Porter, Berrien, and Kalamazoo counties. The concerts will be held at the University of Notre Dame in the LaBar Recital Hall, O’Neill Hall of Music.

June 25: Merrimans’ Playhouse, 401 E. Colfax Ave., Suite 135, presents William Schneider Trio from 7:30 to 9 p.m. This jazz group plays modern interpretations of jazz standards along with original compositions. Tickets are $15-$6; merrimansplayhouse.org.

June 28: Grace United Methodist Church of South Bend, 3012 S. Twyckenham Drive, presents Christmas in June Concert presented by The Ripple Effect at 4 p.m. The program begins with Christmas favorites, followed by a Christmas Sherryoke, and the musical celebration “Then Christ Came.” Admission is pay what you can at the door with 10% of the proceeds donated to the church’s Paper Pantry. Donations of toilet paper are welcome. Afterward, enjoy the Christmas Ice Cream Social.
