Monroe Central running back Caden Dance has been voted The Star Press East Central Indiana high school Football Player of the Week, brought to you by IU Health.
Dance logged 11 carries for 96 yards and four touchdowns in Monroe Central’s 45-20 victory over Tindley. He also completed a pass for 14 yards and had two solo tackles and a pass breakup on defense.
Dance received 31,767 out of 71,996 votes cast (44.12%). This week’s runner-up was Delta running back Aven Thomas, who garnered 24,494 votes (34.02%).
