The time has come again to vote for The Star Press East Central Indiana high school Athlete of the Week, brought to you by IU Health.
The reigning Athlete of the Week is Daleville softball player Breyanna Wagner. Wagner went 2-for-4 at the plate and drove in four RBIs with an inside-the-park grand slam to lead Daleville to a 22-0 win over Randolph Southern on Monday, April 6. She received 10,740 out of 25,207 votes (42.61%).
This week’s poll brings us 10 more nominees who enjoyed standout performances during the week of April 13-18. To submit nominees for future polls, please email names and any notable statistics or accomplishments to cbhampton@usatodayco.com.
