Updated Colts' QB, OL, CB depth charts after recent OTAs roster moves

After the Indianapolis Colts made several roster moves during Week 2 of OTAs, let’s take an updated look at where those respective positional depth charts now stand.

On Monday, the Colts announced that they signed QB Easton Stick, center Josh Kreutz, and cornerback Jai’Onte’ McMillan. The corresponding moves to make room on the roster were waiving guard LaDarius Henderson, cornerback Wyett Ekeler, and quarterback Seth Henigan.

Now, on to the depth charts.

Updated Colts’ QB depth chart

As long as Richardson is on the team, the plan, according to Shane Steichen, is that he and Leonard will be competing for the backup role. Under Steichen, the Colts have typically rostered three quarterbacks on the 53-man.

Updated Colts’ OL depth chart

The starting lineup could very well be set, although rookie Jalen Farmer could emerge and potentially push Matt Goncalves for snaps at right guard. At a minimum, however, he provides needed depth. Two competitions to watch here are for the swing tackle and backup center roles.

Updated Colts CB depth chart

Justin Walley will take over at the nickel with Kenny Moore no longer on the team. Building out the depth of this unit was important after the Colts navigated numerous injuries at cornerback in 2025. Cam Taylor-Britt, Mekhi Blackmon, Cameron Mitchell, Jaylon Jones, and Johnathan Edwards will all be competing for the final two to three available roster spots.
