The No. 4-ranked Jeeps (23-5) advanced to the finals by beating Greenwood Christian and Hauser in a pair of semi-state games. Meanwhile, No. 1 Kouts (31-1) has not lost since its season opener, beating Rossville and Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian by a combined 22-2 in semi-state.
The Mustangs will start Billy Miller on the mound. The dynamic sophomore is 7-0 with a 0.42 ERA and 83 strikeouts in 49 2/3rd innings pitched. He’s considered one of the top college prospects in Indiana for the class of 2028.
