The Indiana Pacers are trying to stay alive in the NBA Finals when they host the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 6 on Thursday, June 19. OKC leads the best-of-seven series 3-2.
All eyes are on Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton, who is dealing with a calf injury and will be a game-time decision. He struggled after falling to the court in Game 5, scoring 4 points, all on free throws. Eight Pacers are averaging double-figure scoring in this series.
Jalen Williams joined league MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to guide the Thunder in Game 5, combining for 71 points. They have combined to average 58.2 points in the series. OKC has 11.4 steals and forced 17.8 Indiana turnovers per game.

Pacers vs. Thunder expert predictions, picks for today, June 19
Dustin Dopirak, IndyStar: Pacers 116-111
“We won’t know if Tyrese Haliburton should play until we see his condition after he takes the court. He certainly wants to play and likely will unless the Pacers’ medical staff deems the long-term risk too great. This is his first NBA Finals and the franchise’s first in 25 years. There’s no guarantee he and the team will return.
“The Pacers likely need a better-than-average Haliburton to force a Game 7. Haliburton tends to play better at home — averaging 20.2 points per game on 49.9% shooting and 41.5% 3-point shooting in regular-season games this year — and Gainbridge Fieldhouse should be as explosive as ever. Even if Haliburton isn’t at his best, some made shots to help ignite the crowd might be enough for the Pacers to extend their season to the limit.”
