The dust has settled on the IHSAA boys basketball sectional tournaments, and the season will continue for three teams from East Central Indiana.
Delta won Class 3A Sectional 24 for the fourth year in a row, Blackford won Class 2A Sectional 40 for its first sectional title since 2021, and Monroe Central went back-to-back in Class 1A Sectional 56.
The Eagles, Bruins and Golden Bears will advance to regionals, which will be played on Saturday, March 14. Semi-state tournaments will follow on Saturday, March 21. Finally, the last two teams standing from each class will face off in their respective state championships at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Saturday, March 28.
