The Indiana High School Athletic Association boys tennis team state tournament begins this week with the sectional round. It is scheduled from Sept. 30-Oct. 4 with dates and times determined by the host school.
The team champions and any undefeated individuals at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles advance. Area teams ranked in the latest coaches poll include Jasper (11th), Barr-Reeve (16th) and Memorial (28th). The regional is scheduled for Oct. 7-8 and the semi-state on Oct. 11. The state championship will be played Oct. 17-18 at North Central High School in Indianapolis.
