Brandon Lee Miller, 44, of the 800 block of South Jackson Street in Burlington, followed the women and children around the store on June 27, looking at the children and fondling his exposed penis, according to prosecutors.

Police arrested Miller on July 1 and confiscated his cell phone. Miller had child porn images stored on his phone, according to prosecutors. After his July arrest, Miller apparently was released. Police rearrested him on Wednesday on a warrant for the formal charges.

Prosecutors charged Miller with two counts of possession of child sexual abuse, five counts of sexual conduct in the presence of a minor and two counts of public indency.

He remained incarcerated at the Tippecanoe County Jail on Thursday afternoon. He does not yet have a bond set, according to jail records.
