Caitlin Clark leads Indiana Fever past Seattle Storm to get first home win

The Indiana Fever (2-2) defeated the Seattle Storm by a final score of 89-78 on Sunday night. This win marks the Fevers’ first victory at Gainbridge Fieldhouse this season, despite missing All-Star forward Aliyah Boston who was out with an injury.

Indiana was led by Caitlin Clark who finished the contest with 21 points, 10 assists, and seven rebounds. Kelsey Mitchell joined her in the back court and contributed 17 of her own, while Sophie Cunningham added another 17 in an extended 25 minutes off the Fever bench.

Natisha Hiedeman played a game-high 31 minutes, and led the Storm in scoring with 19 points. Flau’jae Johnson added another 14 points, while former Indiana Hoosier forward Mackenzie Holmes added four points of her own in 10 minutes of action.
