INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Fever picked up their first home victory of the season Sunday afternoon, taking down the Seattle Storm 89-78 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Caitlin Clark picked up the 12th 20-point, 10-assist double-double of her career, extending her league record, with 21 points, 10 assists, and seven rebounds. Kelsey Mitchell added on 17, while Sophie Cunningham scored 17 off the bench.

What Indiana Fever’s win over Seattle Storm means
After two losses in three games in which the Fever scored more than 100 points to start the season, it felt like the Fever needed a reset. And this is what this game was. The Fever, even without Boston, were able to put together a relatively strong defensive game (taking with a grain of salt as the Storm were missing Malonga and Magbegor), outrebounding the Storm 46-32 while coasting to a win at the end of the fourth quarter.
