ROCKFORD, IL — A Rockford man has been charged with disorderly conduct and terrorism stemming from a phone call he allegedly placed to Hard Rock Casino Rockford Feb. 10.
According to Rockford police, the casino, located at 7801 E. State St., received a bomb threat over the phone about 3:40 p.m.
Police were called, and a suspect was identified. The threat was determined to be false.
Police arrested Joshua Ellsworth, 32, of Rockford, at his home. He was booked into the Winnebago County Jail.
According to court records, Ellsworth is due to appear in court on the charges on Feb. 11.
