Bradley graduates Bethanie Couri and Pierre Paul co-founded the company in 2021. We Hear You has developed accessibility devices like the Hero Door Opener, a portable door hinge that makes all doors ADA-compliant; and Push, a cell-phone application or wearable device that opens ADA-compliant doors.

“Sometimes ‘opening doors’ means simply opening doors,” Paul wrote in a profile for Forbes. “We Hear You specializes in doing just that with remarkable ease. Its hardware — a simple box-and-hinge that can take just four screws and 15 minutes to install at the top of the door — can let a home, office or hotel make doors swing open hands-free.”

The Accessibility 100 highlights innovators in the field of accessibility for people with disabilities across 11 impact areas ranging from education to mobility and travel to sports and recreation.. Forbes compiled the list based on over 400 interviews and conversations with industry experts and input from an advisory board.
