PEORIA – A select number of contestants will be asked to “come on down” to the stage of the Prairie Home Alliance Theater on Wednesday, Oct. 14 for “The Price is Right Live.”
The non-televised event brings a “live version of the iconic game show you know and love, hosted by our larger-than-life Celebrity Host who brings all the fun, flair, and unforgettable personality you expect from The Price Is Right.”
During the show, which starts at 7 p.m., contestants will play well-known games such as Plinko, The Big Wheel and Cliffhangers for the chance to win a variety of prizes.
Ticket prices start at $41.85 before tax on Ticketmaster. Two VIP packages are also available.
The “Meet & Greet Experience” VIP package – priced at $231.20 on Ticketmaster – includes seats in the front rows, a pre-show meet and greet and photo with the host, fast check-in access and a VIP laminate.
The “Spin The Big Wheel” VIP offering costs $188.50 before tax on Ticketmaster. The package places attendees just behind the “Meet & Greet” rows near the front and includes the ability to spin The Big Wheel after the show and take a photo with it. Fast check-in access and a VIP laminate are also included.
In Peoria, those interested in participating can register at the venue or via a link sent before the show. Prizes vary between shows, according to “The Price is Right Live” website, but may include money, appliances, trips or a car.
