EAST PEORIA – The drive-thru coffee chain 7 Brew says it plans to open its new store in the Four Corners district this year.
7 Brew spokesperson Taylor Davis confirmed the new store is scheduled to open early this fall. He believes Four Corners is an ideal location to serve residents and visitors because it is a growing, easily accessible area.
“We’re excited to bring our energy, speed, and hospitality to East Peoria,” Davis said. “Beyond creating local jobs, we look forward to building meaningful connections within the community.”
Davis estimated the new store will create new job opportunities for the greater Peoria area. The franchise will feature 7 Brew’s signature, double-lane, drive-thru format and a menu with over 20,000 available drink combinations. The store will be located at 111 W. Washington St.
The building is up at the site of the former Regions Bank facility, said Ty Livingston, East Peoria’s director of planning and community development.
“From what I’ve observed, it’s mostly site work remaining: concrete, landscaping, signage, and outdoor fixtures,” he added.
