The poll closed at noon Friday. Information about the other nominees is below.

Zoe Lindahl, Pekin softball

Lindahl hit two home runs as Pekin beat nonconference visitor Richwoods, 17-6, in six innings on March 30. The left fielder hit a grand slam in the bottom of the first, then added a three-run shot the very next inning. The junior finished the day 3-for-4 with seven RBIs and three runs.

Bre Lehman, Eureka track & field

The junior was a three-event winner last week. Lehman won the 200-meter (26.84 seconds) and 400-meter (1 minute, 3.45 seconds) dashes at nonconference triangular meet on March 30. She then added a victory in the pole vault with a season-best leap of 10 feet, six inches. Lehman also took third in the 100-meter dash at 13.19 seconds.

Jordan Hines, Macomb track & field

The senior had a four-event winning day last week. Hines swept the sprints — the 100 (12.7 seconds) and 200 (26.3 seconds), then anchored a pair of first-place relays on March 31. She was a part of the 4×100-meter (50.7 seconds) and the 4×200-meter (1 minute, 50.9 seconds) as host Macomb (87 points) beat out Lewistown (60 points).

Ava LaFollette, Peoria Notre Dame soccer

The senior came up clutch last week. LaFollette provided the nonconference match with its only goal to give PND a 1-0 win over Morton on March 30. The reigning Journal Star Player of the Year put one into the back of the net off a redirect in the 72nd minute. She then added another score on April 1 in a 6-0 victory against East Moline.
