A 57-year-old woman claimed the top prize from a $5,000,000 CROSSWORD CASH Scratch-Off Lottery ticket sold at a Fort Pierce store, the Lottery announced July 17.
Maria Duran, of Fort Pierce, claimed the prize on April 6, said Chelsea Owens, Florida Lottery press secretary.
Duran bought the ticket from a store identified as PK 2 Quick Mart in the 4100 block of Okeechobee Road in Fort Pierce.
Duran got her winnings in a one-time payment of about $3.26 million.
No other information was immediately available.
