Who’s going to come out on top in the high school football season? Now, it’s the fans’ turn to voice their choice.
The Florida High School Athletic Association kicks off its new season during the week of Aug. 21 across Jacksonville and Northeast Florida, leading to the state championships in Miami and The Villages during December.
And even though playoff spots won’t be determined until the final weeks, anticipation for the district chase is already building.
So, the big question: Which team will come out on top of FHSAA District 5-1A? The winner receives automatic qualification for the regional playoffs.
Teams listed in the district for the new season are Impact Christian, Trinity Christian and University Christian.
