Where FSU's 2026 recruiting class ranks after Da'Ron Parks' commitment

The FSU Seminoles landed a key piece of their recruiting class over the weekend, and it is potentially the final addition of the summer. If it is, they have done a solid job building a class that addresses some major needs, especially coming off a 2-10 season.

Their latest addition was a massive one as four-star offensive lineman Da’Ron Parks picked them over the Auburn Tigers and Ohio State Buckeyes on Saturday. He was a critical target as the Seminoles want him to play tackle and had missed on several of their other targets over the summer.

Parks is ranked as the No. 350 overall player and No. 26 interior offensive lineman in the 247Sports composite rankings. He is their fourth commitment along the offensive line and the highest-ranked of the group, beating out Mike Ionata, Luke Francis, and Jakobe Green.

The great stretch has seen them skyrocket up the rankings, going from one of the weaker classes in the ACC to one of the better ones in the entire country, especially when you consider their terrible 2024 season. They now have 22 total commitments, including one five-star prospect and 12 four-star prospects, giving them a solid blue-chip ratio.

Here is a look at where their class compares to the 15 best in the country, according to the 247Sports composite team rankings.
