What could the Bucs starting offense look like in 2026?

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are set to enter 2026 with some new looks and approaches on offense.

The team has a new play caller as they move on from Josh Grizzard after one year, ending the hot streak they had with previous ones. Grizzard now finds himself in Philadelphia as an assistant, and in his place is Zac Robinson, who stays in the NFC South after being the Atlanta Falcons playcaller for several seasons.

But in terms of the players, out goes running back Rachaad White and wide receiver Mike Evans, in comes Kenneth Gainwell and Ted Hurst. Both are going to be in an offense with other notable names such as Emeka Egbuka, Chris Godwin, and Jalen McMillan. The lineup as a whole looks like the following:

The lineup should be good enough to make things interesting. General manager Jason Licht has done a good job of adding depth after suffering through so many injuries in 2025. With that added depth and a new dynamic playcaller, this offense may be cooking next season.
