UF Performing Arts Center announces new season lineup

The University of Florida’s Performing Arts Center announced its 2026-27 lineup on July 14. The lineup spans a range of performance styles, with something for everyone.

“There’s going to be the big name shows, there are the major Broadway hits…but there are so many niche opportunities with world music, with theater offerings. Folk, jazz, you name it, we have something for all the communities that comprise UFPA,” said UFPA Director Brian Jose.

UFPA has made some changes to one of its venues and its programing. The Phillips Center recently completed a $2 million upgrade to its acoustics system and its Upstage series will increase its performances from four to 14 performances this year.

The upcoming season will also emphasize participatory performances aimed at younger audiences, including a sound healing session by Davin Youngs, where attendees are encouraged to bring yoga mats and blankets onstage, and an interactive theater performance from Indian Ink Theatre Company.

Here’s the lineup:

Tickets for the upcoming season will be available to the public on Aug. 29 at noon at performingarts.ufl.edu
