To stay alive in the NCAA baseball tournament, the UCF Knights will have to tackle the Auburn Regional’s top seed.
Their elimination game against the Auburn Tigers is set for 3 p.m. on May 31 at Plainsman Park. While the loser begins its offseason, the winner advances to the region finals against fourth-seeded Milwaukee.
On Saturday, one day after the Panthers stunned Auburn, they shocked UCF, too, winning 13-6.
The Tigers enter off a 17-13 victory over North Carolina State.
