Two real estate brokers turned reality TV stars have teamed up to sell a West Palm Beach mansion just minutes away from Mar-a-Lago boasting a $42.5 million price tag.
Hilary Musser, one of five women staring in Netflix’s “Members Only: Palm Beach”, is the CEO and founder of Hilary Musser Real Estate which specializes in luxury real estate is being joined by Swedish New York based real estate broker, Fredrik Eklund, who has become well known for his recurring role in Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York.”
In an interview with The Palm Beach Post, Musser said that the professional union came from a place wanting to expand her advertising to an international audience.
“I don’t do really any advertising except social media so I needed somebody I thought maybe with an international advertising engine so I put out a letter, I didn’t say that I wanted to co-broke because I wasn’t sure, to 20 of the top brokers in the country saying please bring people to this listing, please be aware of this listing and the only one who picked up the phone was Fredrik,” Musser said.
Over the summer Eklund has promoting the property to clients.
But the partnership hasn’t just been successful for Musser but has helped out Eklund who is looking to get into the real estate scene in Palm Beach.
The house the two have put on the market sits in the heart of SoSo and was recently completed in 2026 after around two years of construction. SoSo, which stands for South of Southern, is nestled in the south end of West Palm Beach near Lake Worth Beach.
It is built just across the Intracoastal and features an extensive list of amenities:
Musser spoke about some of these amenities and the goal with the fully furnished mansion is the feeling of luxury and elegance.
“I partnered with Poltrona Frau, which is a company not everybody has heard of but they do, and have for over 50 years, every dashboard interior for every Ferrari on the face of the planet,” she said. “They have been around for over 100 years in Italy, you know, designing the most elegant timeless furniture I’ve ever seen.”
Alongside the kitchen the furniture company worked on the wine cellar, his and hers closets, and all the lighting and furniture.
According the Musser, the house’s extravagance is to allow for the homeowner to have everything they could every want right at home.
“I think that this house is contemporary, but it also has a lot of warmth to it.”
The two plan to host a large open house on Aug. 5 featuring food, entertainment, luxury cars and a yacht to show off the dock.
“It’s going to be a very elevated event for realtors and buyers.”
