Between morning services, egg hunts and family gatherings, Easter Sunday calls for a meal that feels a little more festive than usual.
Across the Volusia-Flagler region, restaurants are stepping up with spreads that range from indulgent brunch buffets to chef-driven specials ready to take all the pressure of holiday cooking off your plate.
From New Smyrna Beach to Flagler, here are more than a dozen spots that are giving locals and visitors alike plenty of ways to toast to the occasion. This list will be updated regularly as restaurants continue to release their Easter Sunday menus.
31 Supper Club

31 Supper Club is hosting an Easter brunch from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., priced at $69 for adults and $19 for children 12 and younger. Reservations, which are highly recommended as seating is limited, can be made by phone.
The brunch buffet, which guests can enjoy from the restaurant’s art deco dining room and Havana Bar patio, includes a prime rib and ham carving station, made-to-order omelets, a waffle and pancake bar, alongside classic brunch dishes and traditional sides.
A dessert table, kids’ corner and cotton candy machine will also be available, as well as mimosa flights, freshly squeezed juices, and handcrafted Easter cocktails.
Aunt Catfish’s on the River

Aunt Catfish’s is offering its signature Sunday Brunch buffet and fixins bar until 2 p.m. on Easter with additional meats available for the day. The holiday buffet is priced at $37 for adults, $21 for children 4-12 and free for children 1-3. While priority seating is filled, guests are encouraged to call ahead on Easter to inquire about available seatings by the hour.
Azure Oceanfront American Kitchen

Azure Oceanfront American Kitchen, located within the Shores Resort & Spa, is hosting a 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Easter brunch, priced at $59.95 for adults and $19.95 children 12 and younger. Reservations are recommended and can be made online.
The holiday buffet includes an omelet station, salad bar, fruit display and assorted pastries. There will also be a chilled seafood station with oyster shooters, lobster tail and other items, as well as a carving station with carved ham.
Main plates and sides range from salmon Florentine and grilled chicken caprese to roasted asparagus, tri-colored roasted potatoes and grits. An assortment of desserts will also be served.
Beach Front Grille

Beach Front Grille is hosting an 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Easter brunch buffet, priced at $50 for adults and $15 for children. Seniors will receive a 10% discount.

Alongside a complimentary glass of seasonal sangria, the buffet menu includes starters — chef-inspired charcuterie, salad, baked rolls; brunch items — a French toast bar, personalized egg frittata, bacon and sausage; and a carving station and various entrees — prime rib, glazed ham, smoked salmon, and seafood pasta, among other items.
The buffet will also include a dessert tower with various “petite sweets.”
Blue Flame

The holiday buffet includes, but is not limited to, a seafood and salad bar, a made-to-order omelet station, assorted yogurts and fresh fruits, Danishes and croissants, scrambled eggs, bacon and country sausage links, bourbon maple glazed salmon, grilled chicken breast and holiday desserts.

The Bounty at Flagler Tavern

The buffet includes seafood — fresh shucked oysters and chilled cocktail shrimp; breakfast classics —scrambled eggs, applewood smoked bacon, Jimmy Dean sausage, and breakfast potatoes; Tavern favorites — fried chicken and waffles with maple syrup and honey butter and buttermilk biscuits smothered in house-made sausage gravy; and the main event — a honey glazed spiral ham.
Alongside fresh sides and salads — caprese salad, garden salad, pasta salad, potato salad, and an assortment of fresh fruits and cheeses — the buffet will offer an assortment of sweets for dessert.
For an additional $5, guests can add the bloody mary bar to their experience.

The holiday brunch features various stations — prime rib carving station, custom omelet station and mini pancake station; a raw bar and seafood options — oysters, smoked salmon, crab claws and more; a cold bar — charcuterie, pesto pasta salad, and fruit display, among other items; as well as hot entrees and sides — roasted salmon, scrambles eggs, bacon, seasoned breakfast potatoes and more.

The Grille at Riverview

The buffet, priced at $39.95 per person, includes a chef’s carving station with espresso-rubbed top round roast and bone-in glazed ham, applewood smoked bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, grits, French toast, flatbreads and charcuterie, among other items.
