Palm Beach fashion boutique Kapsiki closing Worth Avenue store May 31

After 35 years on Worth Avenue, women’s fashion boutique Kapsiki will close its Palm Beach store May 31, but plans to reopen in a new location later this year.

Owner Marnie Adams said the boutique, located at 235 B Worth Ave., will continue operating through the end of the month with a storewide sale, before relocating elsewhere on the island to a site she did not identify.

The shop is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Kapsiki features an eclectic mix of women’s clothing and accessories sourced from designers around the world, including collections from Italy, France and India, Adams said. The boutique also offers home décor and art-inspired pieces.

“It’s kind of a combination of a gallery-type of feeling with clothing,” she said.

Adams said her lease is set to expire and she has chosen to relocate rather than renew at the current location.

She said the store will reopen in the fall, and until then customers can take advantage of an “amazing” storewide sale.
