4Ever Young leader spurs Boca Raton company’s growth
James Kapnick is the co-CEO of Boca Raton-based 4Ever Young and has helped lead the company through a significant growth phase while continuing to expand its presence from its South Florida headquarters. The rapidly expanding anti-aging and wellness franchise has grown to more than 70 locations nationwide, with plans to surpass 80 in 2026. A Harvard Business School graduate, Kapnick has focused on scaling 4Ever Young beyond the traditional med spa model into a more comprehensive wellness platform centered around longevity, hormone optimization, diagnostics and personalized care.
Boca West Country Club leader receives award at industry gala
Boca West Country Club’s Matthew Linderman, CCM, president, COO and general manager, has been named a 2026 Excellence in Club Management award recipient and received the highly regarded James H. Brewer Award at the Club Management Awards Gala in April at Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo as part of the 2026 National Club Association Conference. Recognized as one of the highest honors in the private club industry, the James H. Brewer Award celebrates exceptional leadership, innovation, and impactful management. Linderman is being honored for his visionary leadership and transformative impact at Boca West Country Club. He is also widely recognized for his focus on people – championing employee development, fostering a strong internal culture and building a leadership team committed to delivering exceptional, personalized experiences for members.
Mathison Whittles attorney elected to trial advocates board
Attorney John R. Whittles of Mathison Whittles, LLP, was recently elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates. This honor recognizes his skill, integrity, and dedication to the legal field. ABOTA membership is limited to distinguished trial lawyers with outstanding courtroom experience and a focus on upholding the civil jury trial system. YMCA of the Palm Beaches names latest aquatics director
The YMCA of the Palm Beaches recently named Ryan Cohron as their new aquatics director. He will be overseeing aquatic operations, programming, staff development, and community water safety initiatives. Prior to joining the YMCA of the Palm Beaches, Cohron held aquatics leadership roles with the YMCA of Greater Seattle and YMCA of South Florida, where he focused heavily on staff development, operational excellence, and expanding access to swim lessons and water safety programming for children and families. The YMCA of the Palm Beaches has served the Palm Beach County community for more than 100 years, providing essential programs, activities, and services for thousands annually.
Boca Helping Hands executive director promoted to CEO
Boca Helping Hands board of directors has elevated executive director Andrew Hagen to chief executive officer, reflecting the organization’s continued growth and expanding impact. Boca Helping Hands provides food assistance and workforce development programs, helping thousands of local residents move from crisis to stability. Hagen, a Boca Raton resident of 20 years, was appointed executive director of Boca Helping Hands in June 2025 after serving eight years on the organization’s board and as a long-time volunteer.
Lesser, Landy, Smith & Siegel named Business of the Year
Lesser, Landy, Smith & Siegel – Florida Injury Lawyers has announced that the firm was recently named Business of the Year by the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce. This honor recognizes a nearly century-long commitment to client advocacy, professional excellence and community service. The award was presented to managing partner Gary Lesser during the chamber’s annual leadership awards at PGA National Resort last month.
