What is the current state of Name, Image and Likness and what will the future of college sports look like?
The Palm Beach Post’s sports department gathered a panel of experts from across the college sports industry to discuss that topic on Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2025 in West Palm Beach.
Florida Atlantic vice president and director of athletics Brian White, former NFL quarterback and high school football coach Eric Kresser, Reach NIL agent Kevin Anderson and the USA Today Florida Network’s Jon Santucci led the panel with moderation by The Post’s veteran columnist Tom D’Angelo.
Topics of discussion included how the panelists’ jobs changed in the wake of NIL, perspective on famous recruiting incidents and conversations on what is needed to resolve significant problems facing the college sports industry.
The forum followed a similar one on the South Florida condo crisis held at The Post earlier this summer. The audience was welcomed to ask questions and interact with the panelists.
