The Miami Dolphins released their first regular season depth chart with an opener against the Indianapolis Colts days away.
While most of the decisions made by the Dolphins coaches are unsurprising, there are a few noteworthy ones, especially in the Miami secondary.
For now, Storm Duck and Jack Jones are listed as the Dolphins’ starting corners. Newly added veterans Rasul Douglas and JuJu Brents will have to work their way into the lineup if they’re to make any starts in 2025.
Also a bit surprising is Ashtyn Davis earning the starting safety spot alongside Minkah Fitzpatrick. Davis was out of action for much of training camp with an injury giving Ifeatu Melifonwu a golden opportunity to secure the role.
