SR 64 Executive Storage, a new luxury storage condominium community at 829 57th St. E. in Bradenton, has completed construction, with approximately half of its units already sold.
The concept reimagines the traditional storage facility for RV, boat and auto enthusiasts seeking luxury amenities.
The development offers individually owned, climate-controlled spaces built to the same hurricane-impact standards as Miami-Dade Category 5 construction.
Each unit comes with a private half-bath, motorized insulated 12-by-14-foot garage door with keypad and remote access, impact windows for natural light, concrete block and steel reinforcing and a separate pedestrian entry. Unit sizes range from 717 to 966 square feet and are priced between $259,000 and $353,000 — positioning them as both a real estate investment and a storage solution.
Unlike a traditional self-storage facility, buyers own their units, allowing them to build equity while storing high-value recreational vehicles, boats and collector cars.
The facility was developed by the Voigt Brothers, who bring more than 25 years of custom construction experience to the project. Gated access, low HOA fees and climate-controlled HVAC mini-split systems round out the amenities. Units can also be used as flex or workspace.
Situated just off State Road 64, the central location offers convenient access to Lakewood Ranch, downtown Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Palmetto, Parrish, Ellenton and Interstate 75, making it convenient for Gulf Coast boaters, RV owners and collectors who have long struggled to find premium storage in the region.
