Several arts and farmers markets occur throughout Northeast Florida on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis. Featuring local creators, homegrown produce and more, they help inspire a sense of community among participants. From Jacksonville’s downtown to its neighborhoods and beyond, here are a dozen markets to check out.
Riverside Arts Market

The Riverside Arts Market is open every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Farmers, artists and crafters sell their wares under Jacksonville’s Fuller Warren Bridge. There are also food trucks, live music and dance performances. Additionally, each week has a unique subject, from craft beer and trivia to the cat-themed meow-ket to disability pride.
Murray Hill Farmers Market
This market sells produce and more every Wednesday, 5-8 p.m., at the Fishweir Brewing Co. With an emphasis on being local, many vendors live and work in the Murray Hill neighborhood or nearby.
Atlantic Beach Farmer’s Market
Every Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., dozens of food and art vendors fill Jack Russel Park in Atlantic Beach. There are also activities from yoga to skating to live music.
The Underground Night Market
This market is every Saturday from 4-9 p.m. at 1352 N. Main St. in Jacksonville. It sells clothes, produce, art and other items while having music and food for patrons.
Really, Really Free Market
This market — where, yes, everything is free — is held every first Saturday in Jacksonville’s Memorial Park from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Participants give away items in good condition, or services like live music and face painting, with no trading or payment.
Asian Night Market
Jacksonville’s Asian Night Market is a bimonthly culinary event featuring dishes from the Philippines, Thailand, Korea, Cambodia and Vietnam. It takes place on the second and last weekend of each month, on Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. The market rotates between the RD International Supermarket on Beach Boulevard and the Asian Square Supermarket on Normandy Boulevard.
First Wednesday Art Walk
For over 20 years, downtown Jacksonville turns into an art walk on the first Wednesday of each month from 5-9 p.m. There’s local art, live music and food trucks at James Weldon Johnson Park and galleries at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Southlight Gallery and The Lark.
North Beaches Art Walk
Inspired by downtown Jacksonville’s art walk, this event is held on the third Thursday of each month, from 5-9 p.m. Local artists, performers and musicians flock to the Beaches Town Center for a night of community fun.
Second Saturday Arts and Farmers Market
This market in the Mandarin area brings together local produce and crafts every second Saturday of the month. It meets from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. outside the First Christian Church off of San Jose Boulevard. However, there will be no market in July and August due to the heat.
Nocatee Farmers Market
This Ponte Vedra market happens every third Saturday of the month from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It features locally grown produce and art.
Jax Beach Arts Market
This market, attracting artists, jewelry-makers and businesses, has been held at Jacksonville Beach’s Seawalk Pavilion for over eight years. In 2025, the market will occur on July 19, Sept. 6, Oct. 4 and Nov. 15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
San Marco Art Festival
This year marks the 27th anniversary for this festival, which takes place in San Marco Square’s Balis Park. On Nov. 29 and 30, over two dozen artists will set up booths for patrons to browse their work, which will range from paintings to sculptures to glasswork.
