Jaguars must navigate road-heavy stretch to end 2026 season

The Jacksonville Jaguars are going to have to close out the 2026 regular season playing primarily on the road.

Of the Jaguars’ final four games of the regular season, three of them will be away from EverBank Stadium, including in Week 18 against Indianapolis.

If we zoom out a bit further, four of the Jaguars’ final six games are on the road, and from Week 9 through the end of the season, seven of those games will be away from Jacksonville.

These long road stretches come as the team is continuing to renovate EverBank Stadium.

Last season under Liam Coen, the Jaguars performed well on the road, going 6-3 in games away from Jacksonville.

That said, oftentimes over that final month-plus of the season is when teams face critical must-win games when it comes to making a run at the division title — which was the case for the Jaguars last year — or improving their playoff seeding.

This year, the Jaguars will have to bank those late-season wins largely on the road.
